Targeted and versatile relief
In cold mode, after a brief stay in the freezer, Calmy reduces swelling and soothes the weakened perineum, episiotomy or caesarean scars, and haemorrhoids. For breastfeeding mums, it also helps calm the breasts in case of engorgement or cracked nipples.

In hot mode, after a few seconds in the microwave or bain-marie, it provides gentle heat that relaxes muscles, relieves cramps, post-delivery contractions, and menstrual pain, while supporting milk production.
