To ensure the quality and durability of your cushion, please follow the recommendations below.

Your Doomoo cushion is packed in a plastic bag. Upon first opening, a slight odor may be noticeable: this is normal and will quickly disappear after airing in a well-ventilated room. The cushion is Oeko-Tex certified and safe for health.

Cover:
- Machine washable at 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Inner cushion
- Hand wash recommended
- Occasional machine washing possible at 30°C only inside its cover and in a protective laundry bag

Before washing:
- Close all zippers
- Check that the cushion is intact

After washing:
- Remove the cover
- Air dry the cover and cushion separately
- Allow the cushion to air dry completely
- Gently redistribute the micro-beads during drying

Refills:

Over time, it is normal for the micro-beads in the Softy cushion to settle slightly. 10-liter refills of polystyrene micro-beads are available from your retailer.

The cushion is easily refillable by opening the zipper of the inner cover (see video).
