Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, we recommend choosing your size based on your pre-pregnancy size.

If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one: Flowly panties are very stretchy and easily adapt to your body shape.

How do I use them?

Step 1:Rinse and soak the underwear in cold water immediately after use.

Step 2:Machine wash with the rest of your laundry.

To preserve their effectiveness for as long as possible: rinse cold, without fabric softener or stain remover, and wash at a maximum of 40°C.

Step 3:Air dry.

Avoid using a tumble dryer, which can damage the fibers and alter the absorbent performance.
