Your doomoo pillow is packed in a plastic bag. When first opened, a slight odor may be noticeable: this is normal and will quickly disappear after airing in a well-ventilated room.

The pillow is Oeko-Tex certified and safe for health.

Before washing:

Ensure all zippers are fully closed
Check that the pillow is intact

After washing:

Remove the cover
Air dry the cover and pillow separately
Allow the pillow to air dry completely
Gently redistribute the microbeads during drying
Refills

The doomoo Twisty is designed to last and is refillable.

Over time, it is normal for the microbeads to settle slightly. 10-liter polystyrene microbead refills are available from your dealer.

The pillow can be easily refilled by opening the zipper of the inner cover.
