Der Name Doomoo kommt von " doux " und " mou ", den französischen Wörtern für weich und flexibel. doomoo wird entwickelt von Menschen, die mit beiden Füßen im Leben stehen. Die Firma wurde in 1990 in Belgien von Philippe und Pierre, die zu dieser Zeit beide zum ersten Mal Vater wurden, gegründet. Das doomoo Team ist allmählich gewachsen, aber eines ist immer gleichgeblieben: Wir entwerfen nur Produkte, von denen wir überzeugt sind, dass sie ein Zugewinn für den Alltag unserer eigenen Familie sein würden.
