SHIPPING POLICY 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the doomoo webshop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping zones

The geographical area of delivery for items from the Doomoo shop is as follows:

  • Belgium
  • France (mainland)
  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Luxemburg
  • Austria
  • Poland

 Shipment processing time

Your order will arrive within 3-5 working days after it's been placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order placed during our annual vacation (from 1 to 15 August & from 24 to 31 December) can only be processed after this period.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delays in delivery related to the transporter

In the case of a delay in delivery compared to the times announced by the transporters, the customer must contact by priority the transporter, or its distribution office in the case of the Belgian post office, to see whether the parcel is not about to be dispatched. If the need arises, the customer must contact Doomoo by telephone or email in order to create a file of contention or start an investigation to carry out a search for the parcel.
It can happen that parcels are mislaid by transporters. The times given by transporters require that the customer declares the loss in the 10 days following the reception of the dispatch notice sent by Doomoo. Under these conditions, Doomoo accepts the responsibility of contacting the transporter concerned.
If the parcel is found, it will be sent immediately to the customer. In the event that the parcel is not found, the customer will be able to ask that the same product be sent again (subject to availability), at Doomoo’s expense, or be refunded the amount paid. If one or more ordered products are not available at that moment, Doomoo will refund the amount paid for the products concerned lost by the transporter.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next few days and you will be able to follow your parcel.

Shipping services

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order. The customer must check the exhaustiveness and the conformity of the information which he provides to Doomoo. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible errors of data entry and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all expenses Doomoo (Delta  Diffusion SA) cannot be held responsible for delivery delays because of errors or disruptions due to transporters (including in particular in the event of a partial or all-out strike in particular of the mail services, transport and communications).

Customs, duties, and taxes

Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT and any other taxes that may be due in the seller's country. Any import duties that may be due in the buyer's country are to be paid by the buyer.  Prices are exclusive of delivery costs. The costs are indicated on the order summary before validation by the Customer.

Packaging

The products are packaged so as to respect the standards of transport in force, and to ensure an optimal protection of the products during their delivery. It is requested from the customer to respect these same standards in the case of a product being returned because of after-sales service or for reasons of suitability. Any damage noted to a product arising from the product not being repackaged properly may lead to an only partial refund, or no refund in the event of the impossibility of resale in its state or in the event of a technical problem indicated having been worsened.

Damages

doomoo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (shop@doomoo.com) within 2 working days to file a claim, mentioning your order number. Hidden flaws must be reported within 30 days of their discovery, and in any case not more than 90 days after delivery. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
